I'm a self-taught personal trainer with over a decade of active living, but it was navigating postpartum depression six years ago that led me to a fitness journey like no other. Not a pro powerlifter, but I'm all about strength training – lifting heavy, getting stronger, and sculpting that muscle for real results.
